The Job Offer

The Job Offer is a story of a man who saying that he never wanted to have children, abandons his pregnant girlfriend to answer an intriguing ad that promises an attractive career for an unattached male. His new employers proceed to mold him into the ideal political candidate, teaching him everything from social graces to oratory. When the polls indicate that in order to be elected he should be a family man, he refuses to co-operate. In his arrogance, he does not realize that this refusal renders him dispensable as far as his employers are concerned.
